INSIDE deployment at Nogent-sur-Seine
The final deployment completes our tour of France’s nuclear power plants!
Our tour of France’s nuclear power plants, for the deployment of our ViSu virtual reality solution, came to a close last week in Nogent-sur-Seine!
This latest deployment in France’s nuclear power plants, as part of the INSIDE project, marks a key step for us.
Thanks to the collaboration and involvement of the CNPE teams, ViSu is now operational to :
- Facilitate virtual visits, eliminating constraints linked to dosimetry or distance.
- Optimize collaborative reviews, by connecting sites with engineering centers.
- Communicate knowledge through intuitive, immersive training modules.
As a reminder, INSIDE is a project through which EDF DIPDE (Division de l’Ingénierie du Parc et De l’Environnement) wishes to industrialize the uses of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality to serve engineering and on-site realization with our industrial partners.
A huge thank you to the teams at CNPE de Nogent-sur-Seine for their availability and invaluable feedback, which will continue to enrich the use of ViSu in the future.
